It's probably too early to tell if there's any real benefit to this product but it does seem to be a legit product. The pills are large so that may pose a problem for people who have difficulty swallowing pills. They come in tablet form. It doesn't have any particularly odor or flavor so that's appreciated. It didn't cause any type of GI upset either. We will likely purchase again.

They are on the expensive side but well worth it. Most diseases and issues with aging are caused by vitamin deficiencies, so it’s worth paying more for good quality.
